Tulsi Ghat is named after the poet-saint Goswami Tulsidas, who lived here and composed part of the Ramcharitmanas. Each year the ghat hosts the centuries-old Nag Nathaiya leela, re-enacting Krishna subduing the serpent Kaliya.
